Terrible company. Installed my IID without approval from mandatory actions which they EXPLICITLY said they would do. I had concerns which I expressed to their representative and they re-assured me MULTIPLE times that they would “handle the tough part” and they would get approval from mandatory actions for me. They charged me $275 for installation plus $51.99 for Lease.
