Went well
This is by FAR the WORST company to use. They have the most horrible customer service. They don’t answer any calls. The customer service reps are RUDE and hang up on you when you’re in an emergency situation. And then they leave you on hold EVERY TIME for over 30+ minutes. This is pretty much a SCAM of a company. DO NOT USE THEM. Use any other company for your IID needs. Be warned now!!!
