Very good person
This is a great place with good customer service. They will work with and call to help you out. Daniel reached out to me and not the other way around he stood by his word and come through to help me with the removal process. Thanks Daniel.
updated: Nobody ever answers the phone. the hold times are ridiculous and the device constantly kills the battery. 3 weeks have gone by and the device killed my battery again. a 6 month old battery dead for the 3rd time. I need a tow and a replace. I got a violation because the system was disconnected and I have to go to the mechanic to have it manually removed. This is insane. I would never recommend this company.

Worst company! The service center to do my recalibration is closed on those days, and I needed a 2 day extension just to get it to the service place for recalibration and they refused to help.
