Excellent help
The absolute worst experience. Currently on hold for 46 mins. Haven’t even spoken to a representative. Box just won’t power on at dealership trying to get an oil change. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. I’m basically stuck until they decide to answer the call and help Edit: got contacted by a representative named Daniel. He was kind and thoughtful and helpful. Seemed to truly care, and also was able to comp me for my losses. Much appreciated.
