i have been with this company for 2 months nothing but problems im in my 3rd lockout for a brand new battery just bought 2nd new battery now i have to pay intoxalock and pay service center for something is not my fault this will cost me $150 plus cost of the battery RIPOFF big time customer service are very rude and dont help out this device should have its own power i dont know how goverment let this company act like this im thinkin of taking off i wont be able to pay for this abuse noe i have to take time for for the 3rd t... read more
I would appreciate if the company employed personal that spoke English. I couldn’t understand the man I spoke with, and I told him I couldn’t understand him. It’s very frustrating when communications are at a stand still
