Had to have multiple device replacements on an older Mercedes . The first installers I wen to did not have it wired correctly but when I called around to find an installer who actually knows how to work with Mercedes these guys told me they’d help me and they did! 3rd device install was the charm. Thanks genuine
The draining of the battery is awful and the testing every 5-10min while traveling is very dangerous.
