From 1st day nothing but nightmares with customer service, spoke to 3 agents regarding a mistake on my paperwork on their end and all different answers, 3 machines sent for install at my service center, charged 2x for install on same date ?? Not to mention my car got locked up due to just learning on 1st day and charged penalty..not happy so far.
