Great service friendly and very helpful.
It was installed nicely and everything was explained to me. I was very happy with the installation and the explanation of how it works perfectly. They had a good installer.
I was told that insulation and first payment were free. When I went to pick up my vehicle the installer didn't know anything about it. I had to pay $250.00 to take my vehicle, he tried to call Intoxalock to no avail. Since then I have tried several times to talk to Intoxalock and no one will help me. I had to pay another $128.00 and they are getting ready to charge me again. Very upset!
Intoxalock salesman promised me 100 dollars credit to my account and first payment would be free. Know that I have the device installed that money and free payment are nowhere to be found on my account. How is that even legal?
