This machine gives your big problems an nobody helps you they make you pay for violations that you don’t do , operators are rude but the car shop is very helpful wit clients
They helped me thru this proccess on the first call i was thinking it was going to be complex but not at all everything was done thru the phone in day 1.Thanks again.
The Shop Owners were more helpful than Intoxalock. I had a lockout due to faulty equipment and had to pay $75.00 to lift it. I tried calling the customer service line at 5pm and the phone tree did not let me talk to a live person. After 15mins , it said it was good but when i blew i kept getting an error that i was blowing early. I had to leave my car parked on a random road and uber to my job.
