I've nothing but a bad experience with intoxalock device and customer service support. Had issues with error on the device after being updated, intoxalock would charge me that was out of my control. I would call to your customer service support, I informed your representative Hector of the error, he stated that I would not be charge, but was all lied, I had the device replace, and I was charged after 2 days of the error that appeared on the device. I've been charged 3 time for errors that was caused by the device, not fault ... read more
