I'm an honest man.. things went wrong upon the install of my girlfriend's intoxalocks system on her BMW 330ci... The gentleman that showed up was impaired and blabbing on about things that did not concern me.. he was there to do a job and he screwed it up.. in the end Patricia over at the customer service department for intoxalock was able to help me get this issue resolved with my girlfriend's car and she did it at an expedited Pace.. for that, I give them three stars only because of her excellence in communication and prod... read more
The guy that showed up started talking about his kids and his family, I thought it was kind of weird but whatever.. so at the end after 4 and 1/2 hours of him doing the install on my girlfriend's BMW 330ci.. he starts showing me how to do this breathalyzer thing and I noticed that the dash now had light indicators for the brake lights on.. so I walked to the back of the car and I see that the brake lights are on but he's not pressing the brakes...
