I'm an honest man.. things went wrong upon the install of my girlfriend's intoxalocks system on her BMW 330ci... The gentleman that showed up was impaired and blabbing on about things that did not concern me.. he was there to do a job and he screwed it up.. in the end Patricia over at the customer service department for intoxalock was able to help me get this issue resolved with my girlfriend's car and she did it at an expedited Pace.. for that, I give them three stars only because of her excellence in communication and prod... read more
The guy that showed up started talking about his kids and his family, I thought it was kind of weird but whatever.. so at the end after 4 and 1/2 hours of him doing the install on my girlfriend's BMW 330ci.. he starts showing me how to do this breathalyzer thing and I noticed that the dash now had light indicators for the brake lights on.. so I walked to the back of the car and I see that the brake lights are on but he's not pressing the brakes... The actual Intoxalock company is the worst customer service in the world! They are so bad, You can never talk to anyone! The installation place at Tint World in Longwood is great! But the communication between the two is very bad!
MY POST KEEPS GETTING REMOVED! Absolutely unprofessional company! Please think twice, my car has been broke down more than it was driven, if you have a push start car do not go to this company because I don’t know what they’re doing I’m having to pay out of pocket to get it removed to another company I hope somebody reads this cause I might have put post to warn people and they keep removing it
