I was able to get my Intoxalock installation done the next day! Karilyn my Intoxalock rep was extremely helpful through the process and setting up an appointment quickly! The install was quick and they went over how to use the device! Thank you Arizona Tire and Automotive and Intoxalock for helping me get back on the road!
In one week they had taken my car apart and given it back to me with all warning lights flashing and the interlock malfunctioning. I got it back for 24 hrs and had to drop it right back off. It took 4 days to get my vehicles interlock working. It was so stressful and disappointing. No one told me how to use it or what the dos and don'ts were.
