One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with!!! Multiple issues with the device itself and no matter what they say on the website it 100% kills your battery especially during winter. But the worst part is dealing with the customer service and will make you pull your hair out!! And when you have any issues they will try to add on charges when the problem is with there equipment and good luck dealing with the call center/customer service in India!!! THE WORST EVER call someone else

This company has been so easy to work with and depebdable. I was with Intoxalock for 4 years. Whenever I had lockouts or missed calibrations, they always helped me avoid a towing fee. I would recommend 100%
