Where I had the intx installed was professional. Out time picking up my vehicle was satisfactory
Melissa told me that I would get a rebate of $100 after getting this interlock installed that o should receive the form from the technician once installation was complete and also told me I would get a credit for $66 biweekly. After getting the system installed by one of their technicians he claimed he did not know anything about a rebate. Great service
One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with!!! Multiple issues with the device itself and no matter what they say on the website it 100% kills your battery especially during winter. But the worst part is dealing with the customer service and will make you pull your hair out!! And when you have any issues they will try to add on charges when the problem is with there equipment and good luck dealing with the call center/customer service in India!!! THE WORST EVER call someone else
