Your customer service is horrible I couldn't understand a word that anyone of them was saying. Before the installation I was given the option to give an extension to an agent from the USA. Also I have a card from my attorney saying Select free install and Select free first months fees and no one seems to know what I am talking about or assist me on how to redeem this even though it has the Intoxalock name all over it j
