They were extra rude and violent . They took my work van in the shop installed the wrong unit in my van and said I owed way more a lot of money then was quoted before installing the intoxillock unit . I refused to pay for wrong installation of unit not for my van they got even more violent saying they were keeping my van which was loaded with over 100,000 Dollars worth of tools and equipment .
