Quick to get into their calls and always willing to help in every way possible. As a new customer, I was put on a lockout since I didn't know how the device works but they were able to cancel the charges. Very nice agents from miss sandy, swety and the rest... Thanks to intoxalock for leading me to sobriety. Have been to 2 rehabilitation centers for alcohol and I just relapsed after 1 year and 3months. I think I made the right choice.
