They had the security breach and I couldn't get in contact with them to put in for vehicle maintenance. I had to get my car fixed that day. So they had to disconnect my battery to work on my car. I got a lockout warning. So they still charged me for the lockout even though it wasn't my fault I couldn't get in contact with anyone and the app was not working as well. Everyone I had contact with was personable, polite and were able to answer all my questions. Process was simple and they made sure I was completely confident before leaving. Store and bathroom were very clean.
