After a few minor Issues,Patricia(one of the supervisors)Worked with me to solve them. She is a great customer service.
This is the worst experience I’ve ever had.After they installed the device,I could only drive for 20 minutes I stop at the grocery store and then my truck was locked.That was two days ago and until now nobody has called me.There is no way to unlock it with the mobile app.The worst is that nobody answer the phone.I had to tow my truck back home and it still locked.I don’t recommend any body to deal with this company ,they just want to grab your money.
