I have had nothing but problems with the device, and I get charged excessively I hate it and will likely have to remove it. After everything was said and done Isiah was tremendously helpful and went out of his way to help me.
Its a monopoly with state of Colorado. Only service offered no choice. This is the second time my truck has been in maintenance mode on their site so its missed a calibration appointment and they sent a cancellation to Colorado motor vehicle to suspend my license. When you try to talk with them you cant get a human and just end up in a endless cycle of BOTs. Terrible service that state of Colorado is happy to keep on board.
Terrible waited a hour while people did nothing finally a guy who had been doing nothing did it thinking I might need to find some place other then car toys
