Worst service ever
no problems at this time and I changed my payment calling customer service they helped me out thank you.
My appointment was not confirmed at the location as the information was sent to Custom Sounds via email after hours. The quote they gave over the phone was then not correct and I had to pay more and it took several more hours in my day as they were kind enough to fit me into their schedule I was left without a vehicle all day versus a few hours. I was very unimpressed with this. I tried calling and Intoxalock was too busy at the time to help or even take my call. Very poor customer service and I am worried I chose the wrong ... read more
