While some customer service interactions were professional, I found the contract language and communication to be unclear and below standard. Additionally, my experience at the Blowing Go service center was unprofessional, including missed appointment times and poor customer interaction. I hope the company improves transparency, professionalism, and upfront communication for future clients.
