Ross was a good tech. He would respond promptly and try to help however he could.

While some customer service interactions were professional, I found the contract language and communication to be unclear and below standard. Certain expectations were not met as originally stated and could have been clarified more transparently. Additionally, my experience at the Blowing Go service center was unprofessional, including missed appointment times and poor customer interaction. I hope the company improves transparency, professionalism, and upfront communication for future clients.
