I had seen bad reviews about Intoxalock before getting the device but decided to get it installed here because it was the closest interlock location to me. It was a little expensive to get it installed but after that it has been easy breezy. Calibrations are always quick (15 min, sometimes less). It only took a day for me to get used to using the interlock and I am happy to be driving again. I find it hard to believe that anyone would have issues using this device.
The gentleman at Livonia total car care were wonderful but the whole intoxloc system is a total joke and an invasion of privacy and a distraction while driving. Terrible
The staff at the Lovonia, MI location helped my son get his car back on the road faster than expected and were so helpful and professional. We are very happy with the service and staff!
Worst unit to have This company just tries to take your money.. they are not a genuine business.. I wasted over 300 dollars to have this in then immediately removed as it did not work. I did not get any money back. They were not helpful at all.. better business with smart start..
