worst place I've ever dealt with they run a racket or a scam the lady told me due to this time of the year I'm sorry the thing may not work correctly because of all the moisture in the air and every time that it doesn't work correctly they charged me $20 extra I've had to call the better business bureau on them and the Ohio attorney general's office
