I had an appointment yesterday and Intoxalock didn't even send in a work order even though I just got off the phone with them to do so. I have been without a car for days. If I could give ZERO stars I would. This company is all about money and dint care what happens to your car due to the equipment they provide. Every time i call and speak with someone i get different answers and dont even try to request a removal because they will deny you. I am fed up with them and there’s advice it has completely ruined my vehicle.
