If I could give ZERO stars I would. This company is all about money and dint care what happens to your car due to the equipment they provide. Every time i call and speak with someone i get different answers and dont even try to request a removal because they will deny you. I am fed up with them and there’s advice it has completely ruined my vehicle. The service we received from Intoxalock was substandard and very confusing. The representatives were often unclear as to how to handle any questions and we were never provided with an instruction guide. One even told us that the installer (Car Toys) was supposed to provide instructions. Car Toys never had any instructions for use they just installed the device. Until near the last day of the service, which was inappropriately extended by 2 months, we did not receive any consistent information on how to even terminate the lea... read more
