Horrible they didnt even instal the device to my car. And didnt even bother to call let the people from intoxalock know. Now im stuck trying to figure it out while they are trying to charge me. They are horrible to communicate this whole week I been trying to get a hold of an actual human to speak to..and all they do is give me this voice machine that doesn't even give an option to talk to a representative.
