Talked to the rep to set up install appt. Asked that I be billed monthly rather than every two weeks got my install date and time, and was told that monthly billing could be done. Arranged my schedule on a 1-3 hr install. When I took truck in for my 10am appt, was told that it wouldn't be touched until 3 or 2:30, so they would have the truck all day. Our experience has been a rough one. Things were promised and not kept. One person says one thing and then another person says another. Their online live chat is a joke no one ever answers. You call in and they put existing customers through a hard time to reach an actual agent. Then those agents have heavy indian accents to the point you cant understand what they are saying and it gets you very annoyed.
