Machine malfunction & read a "false" positive. I called intoxilock & was told if I didn't receive a refund in a hour to call back. I called back & had to explain myself again. Customer service Rep got loud & disrespectful. So I tried to leave an review after the call. The customer service Rep placed me on hold for 20 minutes then we got disconnected. Smh

I have been locked out of my vehicle five times. No, Manuel just install and given verbal instructions. Contact customer service not knowing they asked me that I want the lockout over and I said yes not knowing I was being charged $75 each time. I would not recommend this company to anyone that I know worst experience I ever had. This is one of the biggest rip off that I have been associated with.
