You are a terrible company with no employees that can speak clear english when dealing with your customer service. No one is ever clear with services or how the device actually works. I understand I made a mistake and have this device installed. You're company steals money and over charges with no thought of the person. You're call centers are full of idiots or non-english speaking people who lie or do not actually know your policies.
