Always super nice! Great customer service! The manager is very personable. The wait time is nothing. Im in there monthly and never have to wait. It’s in and out in minutes. They installed my stereo system that’s in my jeep wrangler well over ten years ago. I’m getting a new system in my jeep soon. And car toys is going to make it happen. Looking forward to it! Thanks guys.
Didn't get any concrete answers. I told to look watch a YouTube video. Watched several YouTube videos but I was still several questions. After a few attempts after initial installation, I asked the technician to walk me through the process. I would have a appreciate a live demo or a video with step by step information. Especially since a false positive due to user error can be detrimental.
Their customer service is HORRIBLE to say the least. The hold times are ridicolous wiith them usually averaging 45 minutes. Lately, they require that you call them before you go to the servicer for calibration so that they can send in an oder to the servicer that they don't need. Nothing but a waste of time!!!!!!!
Personable and knowledgeable staff! Thank you for your excellent work!
It sucks the device is horrible, this thing send false reports what I need to do? I haven’t drink anything I blow in it read then blow again pass
