They were quick,polite and explained everything
They charge $100 if you have the recalibration done on a weekend, so just be aware of that! (UPDATE)The intoxalock lady was very good to me and is crediting me the $100. I have 2 more times to go, & this is excellent problem solving. I DO recommend them!

It’s was not enough that I fulfilled my obligations but they had charged me one last $67 as a closeout cost. Big Dave’s stereo was the one I got great Customer Service with.
