Bold automotive went above and beyond to make sure they installed my breathalyzer correctly in my hybrid! He also went to bat for me with service Oklahoma and had them pay the other hundred dollars I was gonna have to pay because the guy did not tell him it was a hybrid. The owner and the mechanic were extremely professional the whole time I was there and make sure I knew what was going on during the whole process. They made a very embarrassing situation a very excellent one.
