I was not happy being stuck on the shoulder of the Freeway after my install talking to the service provider who was on the telephone with his family. Then he just hung up the telephone on me. Lucky for me a Police officer helped me to relax read the manual and help me on my way. Needless to say I was there in the pouring rain, very bad traffic conditions and I missed my appointment that I was suppose to be at 3pm
Awesome service! And my car is wired differently since it’s an old pursuit car, but he did a wonderful job and was very helpful!
Do not get this untrustworthy system. They are horrible w customer service and cannot be relied on for any help
