The lady told me how to use the device, told me about the cameras, I understood the process! Great place! I will be coming back there to get it taken off- Thank God!!!
Horrible STAY AWAY, go with another company. Customer service is awful. They had cyber attack, did not tell anyone and then charged us for it. 13 hours, yes 13 hours on hold and no resolve. Over the course of 2 days, 13 hours on hold. Do not install prior to signing lease. The fees are 190$ more than sales quotes you. Do your research and stay away from this place.
Was quoted Installation would cost between $225. and $250. When I picked up my vehicle, was charged $259.99 before tax. Needless to say, not happy.
