DO NOT GET INTOXALOCK company interlock nor Roadgaurd!!!! I can’t stress it enough ! Dangerous faulty equipment and charges!!! There are other interlock providers but they got an average of killing 1556 customers a year if that tells you anything. I spent over 6 k to have Intoxalock removed from one vehicle , Roadgaurd installed into another. Roadgaurd failed to send there installation certificate to the dmv.., after 15 days after installation soo I was innocently arrested , completely humiliated. I think I’m a prime example... read more

You are unable to dispute anything and everything is a valid violation to them. They’ll switch you to several people and still won’t be helping you.

INTOXALOCK is literally THE WORST POSSIBLE interlock option out there. Avoid using INTOXALOCK at all costs. Please do yourself a favor and use Draeger or any other option. Being lied to, overcharged, AWFUL overseas customer service, there is not a single aspect of intoxalock service that is good. Intoxalocks #1 issue is transparency. First the salesman lied about being able to set up payments on my paydays. He basically agreed to tell me what I wanted to hear out of convenience.
