Intoxalock is the worst breathalyzer company I have ever seen. It honestly seems like a fraudulent company. The device malfunctioned about twice a week which I would have to take it into the shop to get it reset which cost $30 car toys fee plus $75 intoxalock fee. They would not check the device without paying more money, I paid over $300 in 2 weeks in fees. I only have the device for 1 month which I ended up paying over $600. Very prompt, honest, reliable, knowledgeable customer service provided, while also with a feeling of being valued, and truthful and direct service @ the Car Toys of Tacoma. AAA+++ rating. 10/10 excellence. I cannot say the same about Federal Way Car Toys. In fact just the opposite in my own home town (Federal Way) . Quite disappointing to point out. However I'm very glad I reached out to the Tacoma branch. I had a great experience and will be using them for now on. Top notch!
Terrible experience, device doesn't work in cold weather. Dangerous to use while driving.
