Rip off artists who do not help you, steal money from your account and the men that work there treat women customers horrible and have made me cry more than once with threats of shut down or removal.
Four times I called and every time all I could hear is that everyone in the background but I couldn't hear the person I was talking to except for the last person I talked to I could barely understand her and then she hung up on me I'm getting really upset it took 25 to 30 minutes every time I had to call back just to be hung up on you guys need to change your stuff quick I ain't got time for this
A total nightmare of an operation. Appointment pre scheduled for Saturday @noon. Car there early and still no installation after 6 hours. No phone call saying they ran into a problem or anything. I prepaid and I that was a mistake. I want a full refund. A competitor is installing and I've been assured they are certified to do the work. Car Toys is a joke.
