I requested a removal 4 days after my lease end date and the date DOL said I was eligible. Intoxalock set up an appointment. I had been told they would do that after the report was finished. Removed device and called DOL to see when it would change in the system. They said it wasn't there. I've been contacted multiple times by Intoxilock to make sure things were being accomplished. As a first time User of an interlock device I must say I was very scared at first and nervous. That being said I am beyond grateful, happy and AMAZED by the top-tier customer service Intoxalock offers, especially with the wonderful last representative I spoke to, Kesha.
