Horrible experience thus far. Device is messing up my truck. Machine just blacked out completely left me stranded at pickup time for my 7yr old school. I called and the Indian support agent laughed at me about this issue.looking into other companies to take my very experience business.

WARNING DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! Horrible customer service! Once they have your phone number registered to your account you can't speak to a live agent. You just get forwarded to an automated answering service. Only way to reach someone is by calling from a blocked number. Their product is trash, malfunctioning regularly. Won't allow the vehicle to start for no reason at all. Since installed, never registered a dirty blow, never had a lock out and has been calibrated regularly yet starting issues continue.
