Explained how to use device well.was pretty quick at installing device. Very good mannerd and polite. Also at affordable price.
Louis was very helpful and explained & demonstrated how to use the device. He also took us to a cafe while he did the installation and then picked us up when he was finished.

Horrible experience thus far. Device is messing up my truck. Machine just blacked out completely left me stranded at pickup time for my 7yr old school. I called and the Indian support agent laughed at me about this issue.looking into other companies to take my very experience business.
