It was just fine.
My installation when smoothly. John was great to work with and I received good training from them. They even were able to provide towing services to pick up my car at my house and bring it back after the installation was completed. Great customer service.
UPDATE: customer service has reached out to me Immediately after this review was written. Supervisor jumped right on it and resent all paperwork. Very proactive. Still upset with the original mistakes. Cost me two days of work as well as the fuel driving back and forth from the repair shop to the RMV. But hopefully this will all be squared away within a a few more business days….. Would give 0 stars, it’s been 3 days and they have made multiple paperwork errors.
