Very professional and very polite , fast and we are always pleased
This device is terrible! Not only is it hard to use and unnecessarily large, it is expensive and requires retests every 6 minutes! I've paid hundreds of dollars for this device, and now that my case has been dismissed and I am no longer required to have it, they want to charge me a fee to close my account and another fee to have it removed. If you are required to have an interlock, choose ANY other device and company before you choose Intoxalock!
