They did a good job
I had a coupon for a free Device Protection Plan which was discussed prior to installation. The lease included the fee and I called to have it removed. I was told a supervisor would reissue the lease sans fee. Never happened. Will advise if they revise my lease. Update: So Dennis called me back and informed me the coupon was a misprint and it would not be honored. Lost a star.
