I had a coupon for a free Device Protection Plan which was discussed prior to installation. The lease included the fee and I called to have it removed. I was told a supervisor would reissue the lease sans fee. Never happened. Will advise if they revise my lease. Update: So Dennis called me back and informed me the coupon was a misprint and it would not be honored. Lost a star. If i could leave 0 stars I would. Don’t waste your time or money coming to this place. I brought my truck in for a interlock install when i got my truck back steering wheel makes a squeaky noise (it never did it before), they ran the wires next to the door hinges and my door crushed them after opening and closing it causing the interlock device to lock me out. Drains battery always violates for no reason. Use someone else I had a friend who was able to take his hand held off and on never drained his battery Intoxalock doesn’t. Called customer service for help they said buy a battery charger or get a new car. I asked to speak to someone else the lady claimed to be a manager and kept repeating herself. She stated there was no low power or sleep mode but when I investigated online they clearly have a sleep mode thanks for telling me before I changed my battery and was told there is n... read more
