Everything was fine until it’s time to remove the device, you will be on hold for 30 mins then it will hang up on you. They will claim no one answers at the shop your assigned too but then you call and the shop says no one called. You can’t contact anyone through the app or customer service, it has been 10 days of trying to remove this thing. Funny enough my next payment is due soon as they are dragging me along. I was sadly mistaken Lee the guy who helped me didn't fill me in on all the costs including shipping and that I needed to pay my bi weekly payment in advance I sent him an email asking for his help and he ghosted me. I'm seriously thinking of contacting a supervisor to help me with this. But no complaints on the device itself. Wow Brandon took care of the mistakes that were made and I'm a happy customer.
