James was helpful but I felt a little pushed by him My installation was $100 more than he quoted, due to fees and delivery. I got to my appointment and the device wasnt even there, yet. James said allow 3-4 hours, it was 7. Its a very awkward position to be in and he seemed to be talking way too fast.
Intoxalock is an absolute trash company use anyone else -update since my review they have reached out to help fix things so they do actually have some decent customer service at the top. I was refunded the charge i never should have gotten so thats legit. now they just need to work on there lower down customer service reps this review has nothing to do with Bobby and Steves they have been great, but catch alot of heat from dealing with these installations
