DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! CAR TOWED 3 TIMES IN ONE MONTH! Can't get work done on the weekend. They installed a FAULTY device on my boyfriend's car. Drains his battery all the time. Lock outs before time of service being due. And now...the device needs replaced AGAIN!!! Starting to think Intoxalock WANTS people driving around with unsafe equipment in their vehicles and want them to miss work so they cannot make a living. Will definitely be looking for an attorney and class action lawsuit.
Installer did not keep appt. Car sat all weekend waiting for install. They were very helpful in trying me to use
Chris is an excellent person to work with and I am proud to be a customer of his. I have referred many of my veteran family to his business for other work as well.
They were very polite but right after we left my check engine light lit up. I’m going to take my vehicle back in there this week to see what happened. My vehicle is like new and I’m sure it’s not just a coincidence
