I chose to go with Intoxalock after dealing with a bad install with the smart start company. The bad install led to many false violations and repair costs. Intoxalock has done a correct install, everything is working as described. That’s all I can ask for in this situation so thank you Intoxalock.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! CAR TOWED 3 TIMES IN ONE MONTH! Can't get work done on the weekend. They installed a FAULTY device on my boyfriend's car. Drains his battery all the time. Lock outs before time of service being due. And now...the device needs replaced AGAIN!!! Starting to think Intoxalock WANTS people driving around with unsafe equipment in their vehicles and want them to miss work so they cannot make a living. Will definitely be looking for an attorney and class action lawsuit.
Installer did not keep appt. Car sat all weekend waiting for install. They were very helpful in trying me to use
