I had an issue with Intoxalock and spoke with Daniel. He promptly resolved the issue and I’m very pleased with the product and service.
Extremely disappointed with Intoxalock paperwork was sent incorrectly not having the correct VIN number for the vehicle costing me to not be able to drive over a three day weekend waiting for the correct paperwork to be sent per the agent overnight. That never got sent five days later, still waiting for the correct paperwork and unable to drive my vehicle
