I was not able to speak to the specialist I had been speaking with to resolve the issues regarding my installation. But soon I was assured that everything would be taken care, and it actually was. I was super impressed with the customer service of Intoxalock and my service center.
Intoxalock customer service is terrible, not only because the company out-sources to people that can barely comprehend & speak the English language, but also because they do not seem to know their job...which results in extended hold-times to what is already a long initial hold (i.e., supposedly due to technical issues). The billing, or lack of clear statements, leaves you confused and wondering if you are being ripped off...and of course customer service can only work one item at a time, which is a hold time for each item. ... read more
