I am writing today to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the company Intoxalock. I have had the device for two years, and last October, I sold my Ford Escape and had the device installed in my Tesla. Fast forward to January, I took my car in to get the device calibrated three days before the countdown, but Car Toys would not calibrate because the Intoxalock camera was not properly working. I had an ignition interlock device installed in my truck and as soon as I left I noticed my stereo no longer works, you’d think with that stereo’s being their specialty that it woukd still Be in working order when returned
So far so good with the rep, but the device is a piece of ………
They nickel and dime you big time! I got out of my vehicle and the IID wanted a breath sample and I did not hear it go off. I got charged for it and it was totally unfair!
