I am posting this because I have been trying to get my account set up to be voluntary. I have waited on hold 3 hours call drop charges on account for what don't know. Thought I had it all done then today it emailed me and said I owed another 140.98 and my lease was not signed. The customer service sucks for your guys I have talked to Supervisors and at lest 10 different people to get this done.
