Before I install my device, they was calling me 20 times a day and after two days or three days use they disconnect me and nobody answered the phone. I lost my job because of them Really bad experience
Fast and friendly. Got the blow and go installed. The installers did a great job with that and they were even able to help me out with a good insurance deal.
As a client I will say this I am happy that I have this finally in a car of my own after 15 plus years of being humbled by not having a car or a driver's licenses ... Excellent customer service!! The installer was on time and very helpful explaining how the machine worked. Also before my installation was done I had excellent help with the staff from intoxalock with getting all my questions and services done regarding my paperwork to get started.
