Device drained my battery can’t start most days without a jump box. Constant issues with the device from usage to customer service. Customer service is rude and unhelpful they will not let you talk to their supervisor en less you began to be rude back and not let off them. Prices are more expensive then other brands for a more hassle to use the device. All of them have there own issues but non of them compare to the issues Intoxalock has given me. Go with smart start or something else would not recommend to get in your car.
Worst system and operation. It's a hastle and impossible to get ahold of a real representative instead of a machine.
The first thing I will touch on is the absolute lack of professionalism. I was yelled at, threatened, and lied to. The last time I was treated that poorly was Marine Corp boot camp. The install was for a friend I was helping and she was treated worse than me. On the end of the second day of non completion we finally just took the car and scheduled another appointment with another company. I would not recommend this company to Vladimir Putin.
My experience with Intoxalock was horrible in all interactions with them. They were rude and inconsiderate and could not perform the install on 2 scheduled appointments but asked we reschedule a week later. Extremely unprofessional! I was yelled at my their employee but only asking I please just want my car back and no install. I went to Smart Start and they were quick, kind, intelligent, and accommodating to me.
If I could put zero out of five I would.
