You can never speak to a human! The camera quit working and intoxalock charged me 50 dollars to ship THEIR camera to the garage . Took forever to get my money back. Then when it came time to take it out they made me keep it another 8 months because the system was down and it couldn't be calibrated and was 1 day late. This place is a rip off and I know why they have hundreds of lawsuits.
Intoxalock is a useless company that ive had nothing g but problems out of i desperately need a manager to contact me but they won't do it so im stuck
It's ok but Iif my battery goes down since it's a very old car I should not be penalized for it being a old battery and it's very difficult getting a hold of a representative to tell them I need to replace my battery other than that it's ok
