The experience was bad. You cannot get a hold of anyone on the phone. They won't even give you a call back when you leave your number for a call back on their app. I have just finished my time with the device and was quoted a last fee of 60$ but now I have been charged 111.00$ 11 days earlier than they told me on the phone. And yes I have been calling them. But like I said before, getting a hold of them is near impossible.

They just want the money. Once an actual person signs you up, you'll never speak to another live person again. Will not return calls. If you have questions, write them down then throw them away.
