It took 5 days to get the device and over 300 to install it then charge 100 more to activate it. The installation people were awesome but I hate intoxalock
I’ve never met a more dedicated group of people willing to go above and beyond for the customer. Kevin, Trevor and Mario came through when we needed help the most and did so with the utmost professionalism. Y’all are a true model of what customer service should be and I am truly grateful!
