Great customer service .
Waves my $75 dollar fee from lockout that I may or may not have understood it got fixed and the guy was really fast and polite.
Told I have a lockout and have to pay $75 I haven't failed not once I find it absolutely ridiculous that they can charge you a fee so high whenever they want? Also they never answer when I call so I'm pretty upset.
